Danielle first joined Device in 2007 and has been a significant contributor to delivering on our promise in her 15 years of service in varying customer service roles. Danielle's leadership oversees all Device Technologies Customer Service, Master Data, Supply, Demand and Replenishment functions encompassing Australia, Asia and New Zealand.

 

Danielle is a highly esteemed Customer Service professional charged with guiding the activation of transformational technology projects to ensure that Device Technologies evolves its service capabilities and offerings in line with our customer's expectations and needs.   

 

Danielle was appointed General Manager – Customer Engagement Operations & Supply Chain in 2020 and is passionate about creating a superior customer experience.
